Our packages follow a time-and-materials model. You pay monthly as you go and receive the engineering hours included in your plan.

How long is the commitment?

That depends on your project. We'll estimate how long the work might take together—but staying on schedule is a shared responsibility between our team and yours.

What if the delay is on your end?

If our team falls behind because of something on our side, we take responsibility. We'll communicate early and deliver within the same budget—no extra cost to you.

Do you offer fixed-price projects?

We don't offer fixed-price engagements for new clients. Monthly packages keep scope flexible and reduce the risk of surprises on both sides.

What about staff augmentation?

Yes—we can embed engineers into your existing team. Let's talk about what you need.

What if I need to cancel?

Every project eventually ends—that's normal. We'll make the transition smooth and hand over everything you need to keep your application running.

Can you work with other agencies?

Absolutely—we've done it many times. We just ask for clear roles and responsibilities for every stakeholder involved.

How long until we can start?

It depends on your project and our current schedule. After a brief review, we can usually have a team ready within about a month.

Do you provide infrastructure?

We work with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, OVH, and others. We can manage your infrastructure, but cloud resources are billed directly to your accounts—we don't resell them.

I already have a DevOps team—do I need yours?

Not necessarily. We can build the product and hand it off to your team for deployment and operations—that works well for many clients.

Can I get better rates?

Longer-term commitments can unlock better pricing. Reach out and we'll find something that works.
